Key Responsibilities :
1.Packaging & integrating Engine cooling systems/ HVAC for tractor
2.Conceptualise & detailed design of Engine cooling systems meeting Cost, weight & functional targets
3.Hands on experience in 1D cooling system simulation softwares
4.Working along with Proprietary suppliers to finalise Radiator design
5.Prepare Design validation plan(DVP) to ensure the vehicle performance
6.Good Knowledge in GD & T, DFMEA
7.Problem solving techniques
8.Interpretation of CFD/ CAE & NVH reports
9.Lead cooling system team
10.Multi project management and Co-ordination with all the stake holders to meet project Q,C,D requirements
Key Requirements
1. Candidate Should have good analytical skill to analyse technical data like engine input data
2. Candidate Should have experience in Engine cooling system design - Radiator/ Charge air cooler/ HVAC
3.Hands on experience in 1D cooling system simulation softwares
4. Exposure to Team Centre- Enterprise, TC- Engineering and TC -Project
5. Good knowledge of APQP/NPD process
6. Have fluency in writing technical contents, articles, etc.
