Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer(Power transformer)
Company – Hitachi ABB Power Grids
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.
Experience :2-7 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of General Arrangement, BOM and submission to customer as per project schedule.
2.Responsible for development of various application transformers designs in coordination with global Hitachi ABB factory based on the purchase order requirements, ordering specification in different areas of transformer Mechanical design.
3.Responsible for development of Power Transformer mechanical order and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs.
4.Coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network of companies.
5.Participation in internal design concept reviews of the project.
6.Living core values of safety and integrity, and taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Key requirements:
1.Candidate should have completed their Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Minimum 2-7 years of experience working in Mechanical design for Distribution or Power Transformers manufacturing industry.
3.Candidates with higher experience also to be considered.
4 Candidate should have Knowledge on CAD software, 3D Modeling software – Creo is considered an advantage.
6.Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
7.Good in verbal and written communication skills in English.
8.Candidate should have ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
9.Shold have demonstrated team building skills.
