3.Compliance of Policies and Procedures of Company standard.
4.Successful mitigation of March & April spike in Due Contracts.
5.Territory wise Analysis of passives, calling to deep dive into the reasons and improvement area
6.Creating Action plan for reduction of passives and Recommend Change in process
