Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, development of implement lighting system ( Automotive headlamps, taillamp)
2.Meeting all functional, quality and regulatory standards, requirements within timeline
3. Proficient in CATIA V5.
4.Modelling of light source, optics, LEDs.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, powerpoint etc.
6. BOM management in TCe.
7. Should have strong problem solving ability.
8. Understanding of packaging of electrical components will add advantage.
9. Use of DFMEA, DFx tools.
Experience :
4-6 years in automotive lighting field.
Job background: Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical, Automotive , Electronic Engineer.
Education :
BE/B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Automobile/Mechatronics .
Job Requirements:
1. Interact with supplier temas of design, BIW, plastics to execute complete delivery of lighting system.
2.Maintain quality level targets.
3.Stick to committed project timeline.
